This past week Procure Travel founder, Riana Fouche, had the privilege of being a panelist at the Flight Centre Travel Group's (FCTG) annual leadership conference. The world of corporate travel management is dynamic and often changing and so the theme was relevant discussing"The World of Corporate Travel". The panel was moderated by FCTG's MD for the MEA region, Andrew Stark and panelled by Riana Fouche (Procure Travel), Wally Bouland (Head of Procurement Clicks) as well as Lloyd Barkhuizen (GM Sales FCTG).
"Being invited as a panelist presented a wonderful opportunity to share with their senior leaders aspects travel buyers have to consider in navigating the corporate travel landscape. From data to traveller friction and internal booking processes, procuring travel is not a one size fits all approach" said Fouche. She concluded by saying that "business travel is personal and emotive and therefore considering traveller friction is very important".
